21st Century tunnel

I’ve been working hard to get the deep bore tunnel approved and funded. The money was appropriated in the transportation budget but the legislation itself should come to the House floor tomorrow, Thursday.
My central priority has been to ensure the traffic flow and access from Ballard, QA, Magnolia to the tunnel is as easy as possible. Second, I have worked to ensure the state maintains its obligations to fund the state highway portion of the project.
